Receiving Presentation and Price List

Before requesting a presentation and price list on the VINO&VINO website ("Site"), we invite you to familiarize yourself with the terms of personal data processing.

Purpose of Processing, Legal Grounds, and Scope of Personal Data Processed

Your personal data is processed to send you a presentation about VINO&VINO and a price list for further cooperation at your request.

For this purpose, we use your email address.

  3. Right to erasure. In certain circumstances, you can request deletion of your data. If we have no grounds for processing them, we will delete them and notify you.

  4. Right to restriction of processing. You can restrict processing if:

    • you contest the accuracy of the data,

    • processing is unlawful but you don't want deletion,

    • you need the data to protect rights,

    • you object to processing and we're verifying legitimate grounds.

  5. Right to object. You can object if processing is based on legitimate interest. We will cease processing unless we prove otherwise.

  6. Right to data portability. Receive data in machine-readable format and transfer to another controller.

  7. Right to lodge a complaint. If you believe the law has been violated, you can contact the supervisory authority.

How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise the above rights, send a request by email. We will review it within 1 month. If necessary, this period may be extended by another 2 months with notification of the reasons.
